A President Addressing the UN Is Not An Achievement

H.E. MUHAMMADU BUHARI PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA AT THE 70TH UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY UNITED NATIONS HEADQUATERS, NEW YORK ON 25TH, SEPTEMBER 2015.

A President addressing the UN is not an achievement.
Even the worst presidents have done so.
What will be an achievement is when President Muhammadu Buhari fulfills his oath of office as the Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces to guaranty our national security, that is the security and welfare of every citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. But if he fails to do so, the National Assembly should IMPEACH HIM.

Former President of Nigeria, Mr. Goodluck Jonathan, PhD, addressing the UN before he lost the 2015 presidential election.

Nigerians should no longer be patient with any incompetent President as they were with the last one who failed to guaranty the security of lives and properties and lived in denial of his corrupt and incompetent government for more than six years until he lost his desperate bid for a second term. And one political idiot is comparing him to our LORD and MESSIAH Jesus Christ and other idiots are commending him even though they know that he only won his gubernatorial election by bribery and corruption and in a civilized country, he would have been jailed.

New iPhone 6 Coming Soon To Nigeria

New iPhone 6 coming soon to Nigeria......

Why you should Buy the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus From an authorized re-seller.

If you are itching to get your hands on the latest iPhone from Apple, the good news is you will be able to do so sooner than you think.

It’s tempting to get it before it’s in Nigeria, but the early bird might not be getting the best worm. Asking family or friends to buy it abroad might not work in your favour. Last year iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus landed on our shores within 8 weeks of the launch in the US. Those who bought the new iPhone when it was officially launched most likely got it sooner than those waiting for family and friends to bring it from abroad.

What’s more, if you buy from iStore Ikeja you will not only have an official iPhone, but reap the benefits of these offerings. Here are five good reasons why you should wait for the official release and buy from iStore:

1) You won't need to pay a premium for what is already a premium product.

2) You'll get the peace of mind of a full manufacturer's warranty – a full 1 year.

3) Buying your iPhone from iStore, Ikeja entitles you to expert technical support and advice, along with free training workshops.

4) One of iPhone’s most stunning features is FaceTime, which allows you to make video calls over WiFi or cellular networks. Did you know that iPhones that come from Dubai don’t have FaceTime?

5) You'll have the confidence of knowing that your brand-new iPhone is the real, genuine deal, direct from Apple.

If that’s not enough, there is one more reason. As promised by iStore Ikeja last year, you will be able to trade-in your current iPhone for the new iPhone when it launches at iStore Ikeja. You can get up to 50% of the current value.

Go to www.myistore.com.ng to sign-up to be the first to know, and you could soon be holding the iPhone of your dreams in your hands. It will be here sooner than you think.

Nollywood Needs An Insurance Policy

Nollywood Needs An Insurance Policy

The Nigerian film industry popularly called Nollywood may be the largest in Africa and third largest in the world for the production of home videos, but it is not the biggest film industry in Africa. South Africa has the biggest film industry in Africa.

The Nigerian film industry is not as organized as the South African film industry that has functional professional bodies with insurance policies.
From Kannywood to Nollywood, the Nigerian film industry does not have any insurance policy.

The youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate, Malala Yousafzai, the acclaimed Pakistani human rights activist and champion of equal education for girls and billionaire Aliko Dangote, CEO, Dangote Group of Nigeria who is the richest black man in the world are among the world leaders, including five former presidents appointed to a new International Commission on Financing Global Education Opportunity.

Trial of Senator Bukola Saraki is A Political Comedy of Errors

The political trial of  Senator Bukola Saraki, the new President of the Senate of Federal Republic of Nigeria is a political comedy of errors.
The Code of Conduct Tribunal has a faulty foundation and the 13-count charge against Senator Saraki by the Code of Conduct Bureau for falsification of assets he declared are trumped up allegations plotted for his embarrassment and impeachment.
It has nothing to do with the fight against corruption.

This is what I call Political Battle Royale of Nigerian political leaders and it is nothing new, because we have seen these political dramas before. From the removal of first President of the Senate of the fourth republic, Senator Evan Enwerem of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) on November 18, 1999 and his rival, Senator Chuba Okadigbo took over as President of the Nigerian Senate. But he was also removed on August 8, 2000 and Senator Adolphus Ndaneweh Wabara of the same PDP became the President of the Senate from 2003 to 2005 before he was forced to resign in April 2005 and was succeeded by Senator Ken Ugwu Nnamani from 2005 to 2007.

Enjoy the political drama of the political fallacy and hypocrisy of Nigerian political leaders.
While they are busy with their useless political drama, Boko Haram is on a killing spree in Maiduguri and they don't care, because Boko Haram terrorists cannot reach them and their own families who are well protected and secure.
While Boko Haram terrorists are attacking, killing and raping the daughters and wives of the poor and powerless, the daughters and wives of Nigerian political leaders are busy doing makeup and going shopping for designers collections for their next social rendezvous and red carpet events in Lagos, Abuja, Dubai, London, Paris, Milan and New York.
They have turned Nigeria into a political comedy of errors and a tragedy of horrors.
They have no conscience and they have no shame.
Nigerian democracy is the monopoly of political opportunists applauded by political idiots.

Nigeria Was Better When Obasanjo Was the Military Head Of State

I was a child in class one at the famous St. Gregory's College on the Lagos Island when former President, Chief Olúṣẹ́gun Ọbásanjọ́ became the first Yoruba military Head of State of Nigeria in 1976 after the assassination of the military Head of State, Gen. Muritala Muhammad in a failed military coup led by Col. Dimka from the Middle Belt in February 1976. Gen.Ọbásanjọ́ took over the leadership of Nigeria from 1976 to 1979. And he was the best military Head of State after Gen. Yakubu Gowon.
