What Makes A Great Movie?

Hundreds of thousands of movies of different genres have been made since  the Skladanowsky brothers who used their self-made Bioscop to display the first moving picture show to a paying audience on November 1, 1895 in Berlin to the Lumière brothers who showed their short films in Paris on December 28, 1895 .

What Makes A Great Movie?

What makes a great movie is not the size of your camera;

It is not the size of your cast;

It is not the size of your crew;

It is not the size of your budget;

But the size of your IMAGINATION.

Real Estate Today on Wakaati TV

Until you have your own house, you don't have a home.
- Ekenyerengozi Michael Chima.

The N100 million you spend on buying a new Bentley car would be better spent on building or buying a house that will be uours for life.

An expensive posh car cannot last longer than ten to twenty years.
How long will a posh car last?
10-20 years and it will end up parked in the garage or end ip in the junkyard

A house will last longer than a lifetime and will be an inheritance from you to your children and even grandchildren.

2. Real estate has a high tangible asset value.

3. Real estate values will always increase over time.

"Naked Beauty" Screenplay for Sale

"Naked Beauty" screenplay by Ekenyerengozi Michael Chima and Dr. Chika Christian Onu (Living in Bondage 2, Glamour Girls, Karashika, Peacemaker) is available for film production.

The film production must have a budget of not less than US$2m and the résumé (including filmography) of the director matters to us.
"Naked Beauty" is a romantic drama set in Agaja fishing village on Bonny Island in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.

Naked Beauty

I saw you in the twilight
Disrobed in the state of nature
And I gaped and gasped in awesome delight
Spellbound and elated in rapture
As I beheld your voluptuous features
As I gazed upon your priceless treasures
From peak of the mountain
I went down to the fountain
In the valley of your mons veneris
And holding on to your alluring pillars
I have been transfixed at the altar of your estuary
The estuary of your conjugal sanctuary.

I saw the falconer trading his falcon
With the bounty hunter for his gun
Lost in their lust for your connubial offerings
Spellbound by the allures of your charms
And I came in the fleeting mist of the fleeing night
To behold you even before the Aurora Borealis
And saw you embracing the heavenly light
As Father Heaven kissed Mother Earth
And you were enchanted in heavenly mirth
Oblivious of my winking mortal eyes
Hypnotized in the ether of celestial bliss.
At the unveiling of the beloved daughter of Eve
Made perfect in the bowels of boundless love.

Let the fire be kindled in my heart
The eternal flame of my spirit
The breath of eternity
The ether of life formed in purity
Born bare and born free
As my enchanted eyes can now see
Freed from the chains of pains
The pains of natal travails
Oh! Woman! Thou art the vessel of motherhood.
And in thy mammary gourds abound our first food
How much every man is bound to thy loins
For from the canal every man is born
Through the third eye of Eve where love flows
From the seed sown the fruit is grown
The sweetest fruit of love is found in the virgin
To behold your naked beauty is not a sin.

When Mark Zuckerberg Met Me and Later Met President Muhammadu Buhari

#mondayvibes💋✌🏼️

#Facebook  just posted these two photos this morning to remind me from four years ago when the celebrated Cofounder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg met with me at the Afrinolly Space in Oregun, Lagos, courtesy of Mr. Chike Maduegbuna and Mrs. Jane Maduegbuna during his first visit to sub Saharan Africa. And afterwards, he went to Abuja to meet with His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

My meeting with Mark was not a coincidence and he walked straight to me and we had a handshake before he turned to the other two men in the office of Mr. Chike Maduegbuna, the CEO of Afrinolly Space; the one in suit was a branch manager of Wema Bank and the other one beside him came from Air France office in Lagos. Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is an American media magnate, internet entrepreneur, and philanthropist and according to @Forbes has a Net worth of 98.3 billion USD (2020) And I can be described as a Nigerian media magnate, internet entrepreneur and Christian philanthropist. My net worth?

Only Almighty God knows what I am worth. And in Silicon Valley, I am known as a startup evangelist,  developing iPost mobile video app and iNolly OTT multimedia video chatting, sharing and eCommerce app.

Fashola’s Parents Accompany Lagos State Delegation to 63rd Cannes Film Festival

Fashola’s Parents Accompany Lagos State Delegation to 63rd Cannes Film Festival

The parents of Babatunde Raji Fashola,SAN, the governor of Lagos state accompanied a delegation of top officials of the state government to the 63rd Cannes Film Festival from May 12-23, 2010. The Cannes Film Festival holds annually (usually in May) at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, in the resort town of Cannes, in the south of France.

The mission of the delegation is to meet with experts on the development of the proposed Lagos Film City in Bagagry. They met with top executives of KODAK at an exclusive dinner on a luxury yacht last Wednesday. The successful hosting of the 6th ION Film Festival in Port Harcourt by the Rivers state government last September, and to use the global popularity of Nollywood to boost tourism in Lagos motivated the state government to include a Hollywood style film city in the Eko Mega City Project.

There is already an active Lagos International Film Festival founded and organized by Nollywood top player Mr. Madu Chikwendu, Regional Secretary of the Pan-African Federation of Filmmakers (FEPACI), but poor funding and lack of government support have made it unattractive to most people in Nigeria and abroad. The poor management, poor mileage and patronage challenged Ekenyerengozi Michael Chima, a Lagos based publisher and producer to create the new Eko International Film Festival (EKOIFF) last August and he got the support of M21 Entertainment of Italy as the media partner. M21 Entertainment publishes the leading Pro film and festival sites Fest21.com, Filmfestivals.com and the French online community cluster21.com. And Eko International Film Festival has been duly registered by Supple Communications Limited, a Lagos based media company owned by Mr. Hope Obioma Opara, the President/Co-founder of the film festival and Publisher of Supple mamgazine, the first African magazine covering film festivals since 2008 to date.

The Lagos state government can use any of the two film festivals in Lagos for the promotion of tourism and making Lagos the haven of filmmakers and lovers of movies in Africa and the rest of the world.

President Barack Obama: "Michael Chima, Add Your Name To Mine"

President Obama signs the heathcare bill in the East Room of the White House. (J. Scott Applewhite / Associated Press / March 23, 2010)

Michael Chima, add your name to mine

Michael Chima --

I'm writing to you on a great day for America.

This morning, I gathered with members of Congress, my administration, and hardworking volunteers from every part of the country to sign comprehensive health care reform into law. Thanks to the immeasurable efforts of so many, the dream of reform is now a reality.

The bill I just signed puts Americans in charge of our own health care by enacting three key changes:

It establishes the toughest patient protections in history.

It guarantees all Americans affordable health insurance options, extending coverage to 32 million who are currently uninsured.

And it reduces the cost of care -- cutting over 1 trillion dollars from the federal deficit over the next two decades.

To ensure a successful, stable transition, many of these changes will phase into full effect over the next several years.

But for millions of Americans, many of the benefits of reform will begin this year -- some even taking effect this afternoon. Here are just a few examples:

Small businesses will receive significant tax cuts, this year, to help them afford health coverage for all their employees.

Seniors will receive a rebate to reduce drug costs not yet covered under Medicare.

Young people will be allowed coverage under their parents' plan until the age of 26.

Early retirees will receive help to reduce premium costs.

Children will be protected against discrimination on the basis of medical history.

Uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions can join a special high-risk pool to get the coverage they need, starting in just 90 days.

Insured Americans will be protected from seeing their insurance revoked when they get sick, or facing restrictive annual limits on the care they receive.

All Americans will benefit from significant new investments to train primary care doctors, nurses, and public health professionals, and the creation of state-level consumer assistance programs to help all patients understand and defend our new rights.

As I've said many times, and as I know to be true, this astounding victory could not have been achieved without your tireless efforts.

So as we celebrate this great day, I want to invite you to add your name where it belongs: alongside mine as a co-signer of this historic legislation. Organizing for America will record the names of co-signers as a permanent commemoration of those who came together to make this moment possible -- all of you who refused to give up until the dream of many generations for affordable, quality care for all Americans was finally fulfilled.

So, if you haven't yet, please add your name as a proud health care reform co-signer today:

http://my.barackobama.com/cosigner

Please accept my thanks for your voice, for your courage, and for your indispensable partnership in the great work of creating change.

History, and I, are in your debt.

President Barack Obama
