An Open Letter to Nigerian Christians

Photo of Nigerian Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

The problem of the world of those who live and lie in falsehood in Christendom is the fact that majority of those who claim to be Christians have never met Jesus Christ and you can never be a Christian until you have met Jesus Christ.

What we have in Nigeria and the rest of the world are millions of church goers calling themselves Christians when in reality they are not in truth and in spirit.

You cannot be a Christian and behave like a pagan as most of you do.

You only deceive yourself by making all sorts of excuses for your erroneous and ambiguous practices which expose the truth about you.

We are what we do.
As Jesus Christ said, by their fruits you shall know them.
And not by words of mouth.
Not by how many times you go to church.
Not by how many times you give alms to the beggars and paupers.
Not by the size of your Holy Bible.
Not by how many times you pray, praise or worship HIM.
Not by your hypocritical attempts to be pious.
Not by when you dress to impress others.

The hood does not make the monk.

By your fruits you shall prove who and what you are.

You wonder why Nigeria is in hysteria?
Because of your evils.
What we sow we shall reap.
The fruits of the seeds Nigerians have sown in secret and in public are the harvest of corruption, pollution, poverty, criminality and political instability plaguing Nigeria today.

Majority of the millions posing and posturing as "Christians" are nothing more than Hypocrites at large.

They themselves know they are living in their own conceit and deceit, fooling themselves as they are all engaged in the contests of wits to outsmart themselves in their rat race.

True Christians don't join the rat race when they know their Kingdom Race of true Christianity.

I would rather dine and wine with pagans than fellowship with hypocrites who are pretending to be Christians, but do things that show that they do not even fear God as the pagan fear their idols.

Parents have failed to be good role models for their children as they lie and cheat at home and at work and so their children learn to lie and cheat from their parents and sooner or later join their bandwagon of the morally and intellectually bankrupt and corrupt society.

A society filled by the canker-worms of corruption, made rotten by ill-gotten wealth that only ends in their death and leaving their survivors and victims to continue to face the grave consequences of the wrath of the earth.

The solution is to confess the truth and stop lying and fooling yourselves.
Admit it that you have not met Jesus Christ and say it that you are not Christians.
As Jesus Christ said that if you are neither hot nor cold, he would spit you out!

"So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth."

~ Revelation 3:16 (King James Version)

How can you meet Jesus Christ?

"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

~ John 14:6 (New International Version)

Break down and confess all your sins and evils.

Have you done any evil to anyone?
Have you done evil to any family?
Have you done evil to any people?
Have you done evil to any company?
Have you done evil to any organization?
Have you done evil to any nation?

Then you have done evil to God.

If you want to meet with Jesus Christ.
You must stop doing evil in any form or way whatsoever.
Then repent of the evil or evils you have already done, by confessing to God and to the person, family or people, the company, organization or nation and ask for their forgiveness.
Then I promise you that the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ will visit you.

But until you do so, I am sorry, you are just fooling yourselves and wasting your time in your religious buffoonery.

Visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria H.E. Goodluck Jonathan to the Headquarter of the African Union

ADDIS ABABA, October 7, 2011/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- The Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) Dr. Jean Ping received and welcomed H.E. Mr. Goodluck Jonathan, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at the headquarters of the African Union today, Friday 07 October, 2011, and appreciated the role Nigeria is playing and the manner in which it is contributing to the African Union.

On this occasion, President Jonathan expressed satisfaction at the way the AUC is dealing with the challenges of peace and security on the continent, particularly in Sudan, Somalia among others.

Mr. Jonathan stressed the need for all Africans to work together for a better Africa, and to be able to tackle all the challenges Africa is facing, “Now it is the era of peace and stability”, he noted.

In his welcome statement, the AU Commission Chairperson, Dr Jean Ping praised the Nigerian President for his leadership role in ECOWAS, which he has chaired for the last three years and in Africa as a whole. He said Mr Jonathan's leadership is manifested in several ways, including politically, economically, culturally, and in the efforts to maintain peace and security on the continent.

Dr Ping expressed concern about the security situation in Africa, one of the continent's main challenges and expressed his desire to find a way forward. “Libya is yet to settle down and we hope this will change for the better. The famine in the Horn of Africa is another challenge, but for the first time Africa has collectively risen to assist one of its own” he noted, in reference to the pledging conference that was hosted by the African Union in September. The conference raised $350 million in pledges of support for the Horn of Africa.

During his visit to the AU headquarters, Mr. Jonathan signed the visitor's book and had a photo opportunity with Dr. Ping, the Commissioners and the Directors of the AUC.

2011 African Women's Entrepreneurship Program International Exchange

5 Oct 2011 06:35 Africa/Lagos

2011 African Women's Entrepreneurship Program International Exchange

WASHINGTON, October 5, 2011/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- Fact Sheet

Office of the Spokesperson

Washington, DC

September 30, 2011

Building on the fact that women are drivers of economic growth and prosperity, the International Visitor Leadership Program at the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs brought 40 women entrepreneurs from 36 African nations to the United States for the second African Women's Entrepreneurship Exchange Program (AWEP).

For three weeks, the African women entrepreneurs were provided professional development training and networking opportunities with American counterparts from civil society, corporations, industry associations, non-profit organizations, and business alliances. The people-to-people exchange followed the 2011 African Women's Entrepreneurship Program Conference, which was held in Lusaka, Zambia in June, alongside the 2011 African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) Forum. Click here for more information on the conference. AWEP is a Department of State partnership among the Secretary's Office of Global Women's Issues, the Bureau of African Affairs, and the Bureau of Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs.

Since its inception in 2010, the African Women's Entrepreneurship Program has empowered African business owners and provided them the tools to: export to the United States under the terms of AGOA; increase their export capacities; strengthen public-private partnerships to reinforce program goals; and to establish or expand business relationships with U.S. partners. Following the 2010 program, ExxonMobil funded two follow-on trainings in Africa in partnership with Vital Voices. Additionally, program alumnae have established local chapters in several countries that strengthen economic ties and allow them to stay connected.

Overall, this initiative seeks to empower African women entrepreneurs by:

• Expanding opportunities for exports and U.S. investment in sub-Saharan Africa under AGOA;

• Recognizing and expanding the roles women play as advocates for strengthening national business climates for all women; and

• Instituting follow-up programs so that participants, in their role as community leaders, can pass on what they learn.

The women participating in this current program hail from Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Ethiopia, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Now in its 70th year, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program, connecting current and emerging foreign leaders with their American counterparts through short-term programs to build mutual understanding on foreign policy issues. Nearly 200,000 distinguished individuals have participated in the program, including more than 320 current and former chiefs of state and heads of government, and thousands of leaders from the public and private sectors. More information on this program and IVLP can be found on http://exchanges.state.gov/ivlp.

Advice For The Single And Desperate To Marry Nigerian Women

Single Nigerian women are getting more desperate to marry that you wonder if marriage is now their LIFE INSURANCE POLICY.

I have been harassed to marry since my mother passed on 18 years ago and her people wanted to give me one of their lovely daughters, but I was too busy to accommodate her.
Being tall and pretty is not enough to convince me.

Then nubile girls and older women harass you for lust or for marriage. But sincerely most of them are expendable idiots and intellectual dummies who cannot add any value or virtue to life besides their biological assets.

"Don't you want children?"
"Ehn, Chi, do you want to have children in old age?"

99% of their reason is procreation as if that is all life is worth?
No wonder we have millions of couples breeding dummies and criminals making Nigeria one of the poorest and most corrupt and insecure nations on earth.

Of all the younger and older women in my life now, only one has the IQ to be my partner for life.

The others are just fun seekers and they get what they deserve GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT.

My advice to the single and desperate to marry Nigerian women is:
1. Show serious interest and commitment in the life of every Nigerian man and support him sincerely in the legitimate work he loves to do which brings his three square meals and pays his bills. Then the man will appreciate and even be considerate to marry you.

2. How much have you contributed to the daily life of the man you are dating?

3. Do you share his progress reports?

4. Can you do his office assignments when he is not able to do so?

5. Do you care for his family?
Have you ever bought a gift for any member of his family?

These Single and Desperate to Marry (SDM) Nigerian women should examine themselves first and evaluate their NON-BIOLOGICAL ASSETS and how much value they can add to the life and work of a single Nigerian man before harassing Nigerian men for marriage.

We want women who will help us to build a better, greater and safer nation and not just to increase the population of liabilities.

"Do As I Say, Not As I Do" Rules Drivers' Decisions on Cell Phone Use and Texting

PR Newswire

WASHINGTON, Oct. 3, 2011

AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety Finds that Ninety-Five Percent of Drivers Rate Texting as a Serious Safety Threat yet Thirty-Five Percent Admit Doing so in the Past Month

WASHINGTON, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- For the fourth consecutive year, the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety's annual Traffic Safety Culture Index shows drivers know that cell phone use and texting while driving are dangerous, yet they continue to do it anyway. Specifically, data from the 2011 survey found that 95 percent of drivers view texting or emailing by other drivers as a serious threat to their own personal safety, however, 35 percent of those same drivers also admitted to having read or sent a text message or email in the previous month.

(Logo: http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20100920/CL66384LOGO)

To help bring greater recognition to the issue of cell phone use and distracted driving and combat this dangerous behavior, the AAA Foundation and AAA will promote Heads Up Driving Week from Sunday, October 2 through Saturday, October 8. The campaign aims to inspire drivers to pledge to a week of distraction-free driving while encouraging them to "Try it for a Week and Do it for Life."

"This research continues to illustrate a "Do as I Say, Not as I Do" attitude that persists among drivers, and perpetuates the threat of cell phone use while driving," said AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety President and CEO Peter Kissinger. "Changing our nation's traffic safety culture requires drivers to take responsibility for their actions and alter their own behaviors on the road."

According to the survey, 88 percent of drivers feel talking on a phone is a threat to safety, yet two- thirds admitted to having talked on a cell phone while driving in the past 30 days. The findings also showed that peoples' concern about texting or emailing while driving (95 percent) is on par with drinking while driving (93 percent). Additionally, 87 percent of drivers expressed support for having a law against reading, typing or sending a text message or email while driving and 50 percent of drivers support having a law against the use of any type of cell, hand-held or hands-free, for all drivers regardless of age.

Distracted driving, especially the use of cell phones and text messaging, remains a top traffic safety concern for policymakers, safety advocates, law enforcement, industry, and the public. As part of AAA's commitment to improving highway safety for its members and all road users, AAA launched a legislative campaign in 2009 to ban texting while driving in all 50 states. So far in 2011, four additional states have enacted anti-texting laws, bringing the total number up to 34 states and the District of Columbia that have adopted this safety measure.

"We're encouraged by the process made in statehouses across the country to ban the dangerous practice of texting while driving, with more than two thirds of all states having such laws on the books," said AAA Vice President of Public Affairs Kathleen Marvaso. "AAA will continue to advocate in those states without texting bans, but it's important to remember that good laws are only effective when accompanied by extensive public education efforts and visible and consistent enforcement.”

Other distracted driving findings from the 2011 Traffic Safety Culture Index include:

* Of those drivers who admitted to having talked on a cell phone while driving (67.7 percent of all drivers)
o 55 percent admitted to answering calls more than half the time while stopped at a red light; and 31 percent said they make calls at red lights fairly often or regularly
o 44 percent admitted to answering calls while driving on a residential street with no traffic more than half the time; and 26 percent said they make calls on residential streets fairly often or regularly
o 28 percent admitted to answering calls while driving on a freeway with heavy traffic more than half the time; 15 percent admitted said they make calls on a freeway with heavy traffic fairly often or frequently
* Of those who admitted to reading or typing text messages or emails while driving (35 percent of all drivers)
o 54 percent admitted to reading text messages or emails while stopped at red lights fairly often or regularly; and 35 percent said they type text messages or emails while stopped at red lights fairly often or regularly
o 27 percent admitted to reading text messages or emails while driving on a residential street with no traffic fairly often or regularly; and 15 percent said they type text messages or emails while driving on a residential street fairly often or regularly
o 16 percent admitted to reading text messages or emails while driving on a freeway with heavy traffic fairly often or regularly; and 9 percent said they type text messages or emails while driving on a freeway in heavy traffic fairly often or regularly

The AAA Foundation and AAA will continue to educate the public on the dangers of distracted driving in an effort to curb the use of cell phones as well as other distracting behaviors. For more information about distracted driving and take the HUDW pledge, visit www.AAAFoundation.org.

The AAA Foundation’s fourth annual Traffic Safety Culture Index was conducted June 6 – 28, 2011 by Knowledge Networks for the AAA Foundation, with a nationally representative sample of 3,147 U.S. residents ages 16 and older using the web-enabled KnowledgePanel®, a probability-based panel designed to be representative of the U.S. population. The survey has a margin of error of approximately +/- 2.3 percent at a 95% confidence level. More technical information is available at www.knowledgenetworks.com.

Established in 1947 by AAA, the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety is an independent, publicly funded, 501(c)(3) charitable research and educational organization. The AAA Foundation's mission is to prevent traffic deaths and injuries by conducting research into their causes and by educating the public about strategies to prevent crashes and reduce injuries when they do occur.

As North America's largest motoring and leisure travel organization, AAA provides more than 51 million members with travel, insurance, financial and automotive-related services. Since its founding in 1902, the not-for-profit, fully tax-paying AAA has been a leader and advocate for the safety and security of all travelers. AAA clubs can be visited on the Internet at AAA.com .
