In 1976 won first prize in a national essay competition.
In 1981, became youngest professional TV scriptwriter for Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
1983 represented Nigeria in UNESCO sponsored World Children's Book Fairs in Japan.
In 1984 interviewed in the prestigious West Africa magazine as a popular artist and author of the Captain Santana cartoon series.
First song produced in California and a copy of the sheet music in the Library of Congress, Washington, DC, USA with the name, Mike Nelson Chima Eke.
Commissioned by the Johns Hopkins University's Population Communication Services (JHU/PCS) to produce family planning booklets for Nigeria and translated into Pidgin English, Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo languages.
In 1987, became one of the youngest Arts and Features Editors in Nigeria.
In 1988, became a national Program Consultant for UNICEF Nigeria.
In 1988, first book "Children of Heaven" published and launched at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) on Victoria Island, Lagos with news reports on NTA News. Radio Nigeria, The Guardian and The Punch.
In 1993 was national coordinator and curator of World AIDS Day Art Against AIDS Art Exhibitions at the National Museum and National Arts Theatre in Lagos, Nigeria.
In 2002, first live performance of original song "Darego" at the Maison d'France French Cultural Centre in Ikoyi, Lagos.
In 2003, launched the first King of Kings Books National Essay Competition at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

In 2005, started The Rhema Blog for  online evangelism.
In 2006, became the first Nigerian among the screeners of the prestigious Online News Association (ONA) awards.
Published "Scarlet Tears of London" and "The Prophet Lied".
In 2008, started Nigerians Report Online.
In 2013 hosted Screen Outdoor Open Air Cinema at the Freedom Park on Lagos Island in Nigeria, cosponsored by the Bank of Industry (BoI) of Nigeria.
Started the publication of the NOLLYWOOD MIRROR®Series, the first book series on the Nigerian film industry.
Became the Captain of Girl Rising for the Nigerian première of "Girl Rising" to celebrate the first United Nations' International Day of Girl Child in Nigeria, held at the Silverbird Cinemas in the Silverbird Galleria on Victoria Island, Lagos.
In 2014, published the second edition of the NOLLYWOOD MIRROR®Series; "Diary of the Memory Keeper" and "In the House of Dogs".

Published "The Victory of Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Dream: My Testimony of the 2015 Presidential Election" distributed by Amazon and other booksellers.
In 2016, published the photo, "Lagos in Motion" distribited by Amazon and Barnes & Noble. 
In 2019, organised the Nigerian première of the award winning documentary film, "In The Name Of Your Daughter" of famous Canadian journalist and filmmaker, Giselle Portenier, cosponsored by Global Affairs Canada at gthe Silverbird Cinemas in the Silverbird Galleria on Victoria Island, Lagos.
Organised the first Dolby Forum for Nollywood and the Nigerian Entertainment Industry at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
