Today June 16 is the International Day of the African Child celebrated since 1991. The Day of the African Child is celebrated on 16 June every year in commemoration of the 1976 massacre of SOWETO children in the then apartheid South Africa.
Our focus is on the education of every poor girl in Africa and we dedicate today to the missing Chibok School Girls. Let us pray for them wherever they are now. We have not forgotten them.
