The Political Warfare of the 2019 Presidential Election in Nigeria

With less than two weeks to the 2019 presidential election in Nigeria, the leading presidential candidates have intensified their political campaigns in every region of the country. But majority of Nigerians making noise on social networks online in support of the ruling party and the main opposition party are ignorant of the real warfare in the presidential election.

Some political cultists have declared war on the present administration.
We saw their atrocities during the 16 years their party was in power with several political assassinations, air disasters and murder of journalists.
Has anyone noticed that these atrocities have stopped since the emergence of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the new national ruling party? But they are not happy with the APC. They want to retake their Machiavellian power to control Abuja. These are members of the political Mafia who control our commonwealth from their briefcases. To them the 2019 presidential election is a do or die battle for political power to continue their reign of kleptocracy.

They have safe havens for their families overseas. And those making noise here in Nigeria cannot even afford airfare to Ghana. The children of the members of the political Mafia don't follow them to the political rallies where they use the intellectually challenged and uneducated children of the poor masses as their expendable political thugs and noisemakers for their political warfare.
