Read The Mafia Manager for Victory in Corporate Warfare

Have you read The Mafia manager : A Guide to The Corporate Machiavelli ?
If you want to know how to compete and succeed in the corporate world, then read the book asap.
I have read it and I recommend it as I have also once recommended the Holy Bible, The Art Of War by Sun Tzu and The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

In the dog eat dog corporate world, being ruthless is necessary for success according to the Machiavellian rules of the Mafia. All I know about the author is that V is a Capo of distinguished fame, keeps several residences around the world. His present location is a guarded secret.

Review

“Whoever V. is, he offers the sort of advice it is dangerous to refuse.” ―Playboy
“A grimly brutally humorous book at the business world. Consider it a merger, or hostile takeover, so to speak, of How to Get Ahead in Business Without Really Trying by The Godfather.” ―The Washington Post

The world's oldest and best-organized conglomerate now reveals management techniques everyone can use. Unlike other guides to business, The Mafia Manager shuns theoretical verbiage to present the philosophy of leadership that founded and captained "The Silent Empire" through centuries of expansion and success. Some sample pearls of wisdom:
-"Be sure you understand what your boss has ordered before you act on his command. What if you whack the wrong guy, or bomb the wrong joint...Learn the art of asking questions."
-"Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer."
-"Don't become involved in any office political battle without first asking yourself, 'What's in it for me?' and then 'What's in it for them?'"
-"If you must lie, be brief."

Producing a Documentary Film is More Challenging than Making a Movie

Meg Masha at the new Tinubu Square in "Sights and Sounds of Lagos" tourist documentary film.

Only filmmakers who have produced both documentaries and movies can understand what I am saying.

I have been professionally engaged in TV and Film productions since I was 17 as a script writer and puppeteer for TV puppet drama at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 10 on Victoria Island in Lagos before I joined others on different locations of Nollywood movies more as an observer than an actor in the 1990s. Then in 1998, I ended up as the Production Manager of "Money Wise" on DBN TV, the first private TV station in Nigeria founded by Sonny Adun in the 1980s.

NIMASA Boss Calls for Inter Agency Deployment of Resources To Combat Piracy

NIMASA Boss Calls for Inter Agency Deployment of Resources to Combat Piracy

The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Dr. Dakuku Peterside has called for the deployment of inter Agency resources including the use of advanced technology to secure Nigeria’s maritime domain.

Dr. Peterside who made the call when he led a delegation of the Management of the Agency to the Air Force Head Quarters in Abuja , seeks  collaborative ways of dealing with the rising cases of piracy in the Nigerian waters.

The Nimasa boss requested the immediate review of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) the Agency has with the Nigerian Air Force with a view to strengthening the Agency’s capacity to deal with maritime crimes as well as reduce the response time for Search and Rescue (SAR) operations.

He commended the Nigerian Air Force and the military for the successful prosecution of the war against insurgency in the North East .
According to him “now Nigeria can begin to discuss developmental issues for the good of all its citizens”.

While emphasising that maritime security needs a multi sectoral and inter Agency collaboration, Dr. Peterside called on relevant stakeholders to pool national resources together to defeat piracy and other maritime crimes for the economic prosperity of Nigeria.

He pledged the commitment of the Agency to partner with the Nigerian Air Force in order to fight this economic crime and reposition Nigeria as a major hub for maritime activities in the West and Central African sub region.

In his Response, the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar said the Air Force can deploy Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) attached with cameras in addition to its fleet of Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) to enhance the surveillance of the Nigerian maritime domain.

Air Marshal Abubakar who said that the Air Force has several senior officers with competence in aeronautic engineering informed the NIMASA delegation that the Force has produced a prototype that is already in use and that they are ready to build capacity of some NIMASA personnel to handle UAVs.

While calling on the assistance of NIMASA and other relevant stakeholders for mass production of these UAVs, the Air Chief also pledged the support of the Nigerian Air Force to partner with the Agency to deal with maritime crimes.

It will be recalled that NIMASA and the Nigerian Air Force had endorsed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigerian Air Force where the Force is expected to provide air surveillance of the maritime domain as well as provide support to the Agency’s search and rescue operations amongst others.

Wike is Running A Parallel Country - Rivers APC

Wike.

Wike Running A Parallel Country - Rivers APC

Rivers state chapter of the All Progressives congress (APC) has alleged that the governor of the state, Nylson Wike, is presently running a parallel country of his own contrary to the law of Nigeria.

The state chairman of the party, Dr. Davies Ibiamu Ikanya, told newsmen in Abuja at the national Secretariat of APC that the governor does not obey any part of the Constitution of the land.

His words: “It is very pathetic what is happening in Rivers State now. The PDP Governor in Rivers state seems to be running a country of his own. He does not obey any part of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He gives his own rules, he has his own sets of laws and he does not bother about the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“I can give you instances; first and foremost, this is a man that has his own army that is free to kill and then all he does is go to call AIT and he would give reasons why he should kill. This is somebody that has actually threatened anybody that wants to conduct elections in Rivers state to write his will. We lost a youth corper, some soldiers were killed, an State Security Services (SSS) operative was killed.

“Two days ago, Dr. Vincent Elvin Eebee was killed in Bori and this is where Nyemsom Wike has blackmailed soldiers not to carryout their constitutional duty of taking away arms from criminals. We are aware also that the office of our Senator, Senator Magnus Abe was brought down by bombs planted by hoodlums in that area.”

While reacting to the recent election in Rivers state which was declared inconclusive by the INEC, the APC chairman said: “It was very sad that the election could go the way it went in Rivers State. You can see an election concluded and five days after, the result would be announced and some other results are not announced. Wherever APC won, there was no announcement, wherever PDP maneuvered, it was announced.

“It is very very sad, even an election where the officer was asked to announce PDP at gunpoint and it was on social media everything, that result was still announced. The day that the INEC electoral Commissioner was giving certificate to those PDP people, he told them, none of you won any election, but because INEC is not a court, we have to give them the certificate.

“It is so pathetic that we would have a state in a country that would be completely lawless. It would interest you to know that we have also complained to the Inspector-General of Police, who said to us that he has given clear orders that the police should be professionals, but that order is not been obeyed in the state.”

-Dr Ibiamu Davies Ikanya,
 APC Rivers State Chairman

There is No Government in Libya

There is no government in Libya since the US backed rebels toppled Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, and left the north African country in chaos and in ruins. Various political factions, including the Islamists' Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are fighting over the control of Libya for the oil.

The UN-backed government arrived Tripoli and was welcomed with sporadic gunfire by opposing factions and not by jubilation. And the new government will operate from a former Naval Base.

Libya has two major exports; oil and illegal migrants of which thousands of them are crossing the Mediterranean Sea to work as labourers and sex slaves in Europe.

As the proverbial saying goes, "where there is no law, there is no sin", so criminals and rebels are using Libya as their battlefield and playground.

The lawless state of Libya is what will happen in Syria if the Syrian rebels overthrow President Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

The US and NATO should not support Syrian rebels, because they are also united with ISIL. They are all terrorists. Their leaders are both intellectually and politically immature and insecure. They will become embroiled in factional conflicts and Syria will be easily overtaken by the ISIL and will end up as lawless as Libya.
