The people launching "Nollycoin" are too much in a hurry from what I have seen so far, because those in Nollywood are ignorant of it and the demo video only came on YouTube on #valentineday, February 14 and with only one view until I viewed and liked it and shared it on my very popular news and entertainment social media network, 247 Nigeria on Twitter to boost the publicity gratis just to promote whatever is promoting Nollywood online or offline.
We want to take Nollywood to millions of blockchain wallet users and we don't need any new ICO to do so, because we don't want to gamble with the legal currency exchange of Nigerians for a hit or miss new cryptocurrency. It is best to use already proven and validated blockchain platforms for film distribution and content management with investments in independent filmmakers and backed by Fortune 500 companies and other major corporations in developed countries forming the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the world’s largest open-source blockchain initiative.
