Earn Up US$450 Daily Testing Websites

How it works

  1. Website owners will pay to watch a real person use their site so they can discover where their site is confusing. UserTesting has a panel of “user testers” to do this. If you become one of our user testers, then whenever your demographic profile is requested, you’ll have an opportunity to earn money using a website.
  2. You use our screen recorder to record a video of what’s happening on your screen – mouse movements, clicks, and keystrokes – and your spoken comments while you use the website you’re testing. (Videos are typically 15 minutes long.)
    Watch a sample video.
  3. You answer four questions in writing about your experience. See a sample summary.
  4. You’ll earn $10 (paid with PayPal).
Note: No webcam required. Your face is not recorded.

How to become a user tester

  1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Have your own PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.7 or higher), a broadband Internet connection, and a microphone.
  3. Use our screen recorder to record your screen and verbal comments as you browse a sample website.
  4. Fill out a one-page form with your demographic information (gender, computer experience, etc.).
  5. If you'd like to take mobile tests, own one or more of the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet. Note: You will need to take a sample website test before you can take mobile tests.
Only your screen and verbal comments will be recorded!

Ascenergy, The Next Google of Energy

The Next Google in Energy.

In case you haven't seen the headlines - Oil and Gas in the US is booming & just getting started. What separates Ascenergy apart from the rest? Let's start with everything. Our Ascenergy approach reverses and disrupts the largest industry in the world by placing investors, not the company first.

How? We replace the risky non-transparent old "profit sharing" approach which places the company first with our innovative Royalty offering which places the investors first. Royalties are residual income derived from the Gross Sales, not diluted profits like the others. We don't stop here. We also boldly issue all of our purchasers a minimum well performance guarantee, in writing. No one else does this.

OLD TRADITIONAL APPROACH:
1) Company gets paid FIRST, Investors SECOND. Company pays off all its expenses first (payroll, bills, invoices) from the top line and investors share the diluted profits.
2) Absolutely no oil well minimum performance guarantees, nothing ever in writing.

NEW ASCENERGY APPROACH:
1) INVESTORS get paid FIRST from gross revenues (royalties) and Company, not investor, gets the leftovers.
2) Purchaser receives a minimum oil well Performance guarantees - IN WRITING.

Finally, enjoy unlimited upside with a protected downside. Earn monthly passive income streams throughout the entire lifespans of your oil well(s). No longer are royalties reserved exclusively for privileged principals and mineral rights owners, now you can partake in them only with Ascenergy.

Ascenergy is proven & WELL-DIVERSIFIED, boasting over 20 elite, top tier oil fields. We've located $40 million in oil reserves with $50 million in projected gross revenues in 2015 with our explosive growth model. To date, we are 100% accurate at finding and producing oil. We boast being a vertical company, bonded, proven and a licensed operator in OK for 6 years. After demonstrating our model works, we are now expanding.

Nigeria Microfinance: USD 5 Million Line of Credit To Benefit 1,500 Entrepreneurs and Create 2,500 New Jobs

Nigeria microfinance: USD 5 million line of credit to benefit 1,500 entrepreneurs and create 2,500 new jobs

ABIDJAN, Côte d'Ivoire, 23 September 2014 / PRN Africa / -- The Board of Governors of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) through its private sector window approved on September 18, 2014 a USD 5 million line of credit (LOC) equivalent in Naira (NGN) to AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria.

AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria (ABN) is a microfinance institution (MFI) which started in 2008 in Nigeria's Lagos state and offers a broad range of financial services to largely micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Thanks to a good build-up of its banking activities, it currently has 14 branches and has obtained a license to operate as national MFI, being able to operate across the country. At the end of 2013 AB Microfinance Bank had a loan portfolio of well over 30,000 clients and which is growing further rapidly. An increasingly important number of these consist of SME clients, mostly micro-businesses that ‘migrated' thanks to business growth to become small enterprises.

The LoC will support ABN's existing and new SME clients; ABN has a strong pipeline of SME projects seeking funding to expand their business. This includes SMEs from various economic sectors, including trade, commerce, manufacturing, services, construction and transport. The funding will support investments and working capital. Thanks to the longer term financing from the AfDB, it is expected that ABN will also be able to provide longer tenor loans to its SME clients, thus stimulating much needed investments in the SME sector. The LoC is expected to benefit around 1500 entrepreneurs over a 5 year period, of which a sizeable part will be for new SME clients. Initial estimates suggest this may contribute to the creation of at least 2,500 new jobs, in addition to maintaining existing jobs at these enterprises. Since women and youth constitute important clients at ABN, these will also be important beneficiaries from the AfDB LoC. In addition to the LoC, the AfDB will also discuss with ABN the possibility of strengthening ABN's operations through Technical Assistance, thus effectively supporting its further expansion across Nigeria.

AB Microfinance Bank is part the AfDB's Africa SME Program to develop and expand its SME financing activities and provide medium- to long-term financing options to local SMEs.

Approved by the AfDB's Board of Directors in July 2013, the Africa Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Program is a four-year, US $125-million funding program combined with a US $3.98-million technical assistance package granted by the Fund for African Private Sector Assistance (FAPA), which aims to supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Africa. SME Program will provide the necessary longer term finance and a technical assistance package to address a number of constraints faced by around 25 target financial institutions and their SME clients across Africa.

Throughout its ongoing selection process, the SME Program will avail further longer-term resources to thousands of SMEs, including women and youth, thus contributing to job creation, poverty reduction and inclusive growth on the continent.

Power Must Change Hands in Nigeria!

Honesty is not the best policy in Nigeria, because majority of Nigerians prefer half-truths and outright lies to dictate their lifestyles. They are allergic to truth.
They prefer to live in denial of their own sins and wickedness and often connive and plot against those who are not afraid to speak and publish the facts on the realities in the most populous country in Africa..
The ruling class only use the poor masses as mere pawns for their political schemes and scams.
They sponsor their sycophants and goons and deprive the honest citizens of regular income since they control the political economy of the country. That is why you see criminals and murderers are now government contractors with contracts worth millions of dollars so that they can have surplus money and power to continue their crimes and evils. Then once they contribute and donate large sums of money and expensive gifts to the pastors and bishops of the churches, they are blessed to continue their sins and crimes ad infinitum. Once you criticize them, their fake and hypocritical pastors and bishops are quick to defend them  with quotes from the Holy Bible they misinterpret to deceive and mislead the ignorant masses.
"Judge not and you will not be judged!"
"All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God!"
"Let anyone who has no sin cast the first stone!"
"Judgement belongs to God!"
With all these quotes, they misinterpret and use out of context they have fooled the ignorant masses of Nigeria for decades to demobilize them and turn them into the pawns and zombies of their paymasters in the corridors of power.
They spend billions on building gigantic and magnificent churches while there are still many poor members among their congregants left homeless and impoverished on the streets and in uncompleted buildings.
They misappropriate the allocations meant for public schools and hospitals and spend them on building their own private schools and private universities and private hospitals where the poor massed they have cheated, deprived, exploited and robbed cannot afford the exorbitant school fees and medical bills.
They think their reign of impunity has no end.

Nigeria is a land of great opportunities and great possibilities. But the corrupt and incompetent politicians ruling Nigeria would prefer the majority of the masses to give up their ambitions and become mere pawns in their political power struggle.
The sooner the youths refuse to be used and dumped by these political contractors, the better they would be able to excel and unite and achieve the goals of their own dreams in the nation building of a New Nigeria.

We are bigger than any political party.
Our destinies are not in the hands of these evil and wicked politicians and their contractors from the Niger Delta to Abuja.
Our destines are in our own hands to build a New Nigeria for our common good.

There are over 127 million Nigerians with mobile phones and tablets and these tools are enough for us for mass communication; for the social community mobilization and sensitization of the masses for socioeconomic and sociopolitical empowerment of the majority to put an end to the manipulation and exploitation of the masses by the evil and wicked ruling class from the Niger Delta to Abuja.
We must put an end to the divide and rule tactics of the political oligarchy of the ruling class.

The cartelization of political leadership formed the political mafia in power in Nigeria and the members are only contesting and fighting over power to control the political economy of Nigeria and they don't give a damn about the majority of voters they cheat and maltreat in their greed for power. They are fighting over their monopoly of oil blocs and mega contracts and not for security and welfare of Nigerians.

National Domestic Violence Hotline Receives Long-term Commitment of Resources from National Football League

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Domestic Violence Hotline (the Hotline) is pleased to announce that the National Football League (NFL) has committed to providing significant resources to the organization that will allow the organization to virtually answer every call, chat and text from domestic violence victims, survivors, their loved ones and even abusers for the next five years.
"We have never had the funding needed to meet the demand for our services from those seeking help with domestic violence and dating abuse. Last year, because of this lack of resources, more than 77,000 calls went unanswered. Recent domestic violence incidents involving NFL players pushed the capacity of our organization to unprecedented levels," said Katie Ray-Jones, president and chief executive officer of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. "Because of this long-term commitment by the NFL to provide The Hotline with much-needed resources, our services will finally be accessible to all those who need us when they bravely take the first step to find safety and live a life free of abuse."

Immediately following the release of video last week showing former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice punching his then-fiancé in an elevator, the Hotline's call volume increased by 84% and has remained higher than normal with spikes happening after each new report about domestic violence charges against NFL players. As the controversies continue, the Hotline has been unable to answer nearly 50 percent of the calls, chats and texts.

"Our decision to enter into a long-term partnership with the NFL will help us immediately increase our ability to hire additional advocates, improve our infrastructure and provide more education about domestic violence that affects one in four women and one in seven men in their lifetimes," said Maury Lane, chair of the board of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. "It is important that we answer their calls."

Of those who reach out to the Hotline for help, 95% are experiencing emotional and verbal abuse including degradation, insults, humiliation, isolation, stalking, and threats of violence against themselves and their children and loved ones. Often, the abuser threatens suicide. More than 70% are experiencing severe physical violence and say they've been slapped, choked, punched, pistol whipped and beaten. This physical abuse has resulted in bruises, cuts, miscarriages, broken bones. Nearly 10% of those reaching out to the Hotline for help have experienced sexual violence. They've been raped, exploited, sexually coerced, even forced to get pregnant in order to keep them tied to their abuser.
The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a non-profit organization established in 1996 as a component of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Operating around the clock, confidential and free of cost, the Hotline provides victims and survivors with life-saving tools and immediate support. Callers to the hotline 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) can expect highly trained advocates to offer compassionate support, crisis intervention information and referral services in more than 200 languages.  Visitors to TheHotline.org can find information about domestic violence, safety planning, local resources, and ways to support the organization.

The Hotline relies on the generous support of individuals, private gifts from corporations and foundations and federal grants. It is funded in part by Grant Number 90EV0407/03 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/ Family Violence Prevention and Services Program, a division of the Family and Youth Services Bureau in the Administration for Children and Families. Its contents are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent the official views of the Administration for Children and Families or the U.S. Department of HHS.
